Play conservatively using your paintballs. Make them last multiple games and only shoot at targets, not randomly. There is no time limit for your stay at Paintball USA. When you run out of Paintballs, you can buy more and continue to play.
There is a short safety video that all players must watch upon arrival. The referees explain the safety rules of the game. To make sure everyone knows how to shoot the marker, players use the target range assisted by a referee prior to games.
Remember to sit down at the picnic tables while filling up your gun and canister with Paintballs. Many times, beginner players are so excited to play, they stand up at the counter when picking up their rental gun and fill up the loader and canisters while spilling Paintballs all over the ground.
Players are encouraged not to do this and told not to pick up Paintballs that have fallen on the ground in the dirt. When Paintballs have dirt and grit all over them, if placed in the gun, the dirt will jam gun parts.
Finally, games can last from 10 – 20 minutes depending upon when the opposing team captures the flag. If you have a minimum of 15 players, you can opt for private games at no additional charge.
